Red Brick Wall

You told me I needed help.
I nodded and said I would get some.

You didn't seem to believe me.

But well, you didn't have reasons to.

It's the illness' fault.
It made me forget to go see the doctor.
No, I'm not trying to escape. Why would I?

I just forgot.

I picked up thousands of random numbers in my mind,
then one by one, I threw them away.
Why did I need them?
None fits the blank space on the red brick wall anyway.

Then I searched on foot. Door by door.
Luckily I remembered the area.
It's alright, there were just 240 houses.

After I rang the doorbell of the 217th house,
I suddenly remembered that

you only existed in my world.

And this world isn't my world.
This isn't where you are.
This isn't where I belong.
